At Millie Savage, we want you to be completely in love with your unique pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact; please note that custom orders and earrings are final sale due to hygiene standards.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original Millie Savage box and use a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot accept items damaged due to poor packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel using a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number; once received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
